Printing of downloaded thesis
In addition to the cost of binding, the cost of printing will be 6p per sheet for black and 45p per sheet for colour.
Hard Bound Thesis
This style is known as case binding. Books are bound in quality buckram cloth. They are thread sewn and glued for strength using 3mm boards and the spines are rounded for easier opening.
Soft Bound Thesis
Soft bound theses are bound using a high quality card cover. The material used is also quality library buckram cloth. They are usually used for draft copies.
Wiro Bound Thesis
Ideal for draft theses, small projects, reports, and essays, the thesis are bound using a wiro spine for accommodating the punched documents. A transparent PVC front board allows the title page of your document to be viewed. The back cover is a stiff white card, which gives firmer support to the binding.

The cloth we use to cover theses is high quality “Arbelave” library buckram, see colour swatch below.

Journal Binding
All journals have the adverts removed if required; they are then collated, sewn and covered
in quality Arbelave buckram and gold blocked with all relevant information.
If you need to have further copies bound we will keep a record of the colour and spine lettering for
next year’s volumes.
Foil Blocking
We offer a variety of foils including gold, silver, black and white for your cover
